JFP-B
Introduction
JFP-B vertical hard capsule sorting and polishing machine is a novel pharmaceutical special equipment, which is developed by our company on the basis of horizontal sorting and polishing machine.
It is driven by a frequency conversion motor, which can polish and clean the powder attached to the surface of the capsule to improve the smoothness of the surface of the capsule, so as to meet the hygienic standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
This machine is equipped with a sorting device, which can automatically remove empty capsules, capsules separated from body caps and capsule fragments generated when the capsule filling machine works.
This equipment is suitable for pharmaceutical factories, health care products factories, hospital preparation rooms, research institutes and schools and other institutions.
Advantage
Capable of polishing capsules (applicable to various types of hard capsules)
● With lifting function, it can be used online with various types of capsule filling machines (also can be used alone)
● It can automatically sort empty capsules, capsules separated from body caps and capsule fragments produced when the capsule filling machine works.
● The polished part adopts a quick-fit connection design, which can be installed and disassembled without any tools, and is easy to clean.
● In the sorting part, the fastening method of each part is extremely light and simple, and the fastening tools are all standardized, and the parts can be easily disassembled with a cross wrench.
● Part of the material in contact with the capsule is 304 (316 can be customized), which is not easy to breed bacteria and meets the requirements of cGMP production standards.
● The equipment has reserved metal detection station, which can be used together with metal detection machine.
