Possess the function of polishing capsules (suitable for various types of hard capsules)
● The special feeding hopper of the equipment can be used in-line with various types of capsule filling machines (also can be used alone)
● It can automatically sort empty capsules, capsules with separated body caps and capsule fragments produced when the capsule filling machine is working.
● The polished part adopts fast clamping connection, which can be quickly installed and disassembled, and is easy to clean.
● In the sorting part, the fastening method of each part is extremely light and simple, and all the fastening tools are standardized,
and a cross wrench can easily disassemble the parts.
● The parts in contact with the machine and the capsules are made of 304, which is not easy to breed bacteria and meets the requirements of cGMP production standards.
● The equipment adopts the frequency converter to control the motor speed, which can bear a large starting torque, and the output power of the synchronous belt realizes the running balance and low noise.
