1. 1. Double-row capsule device, randomly distribute two capsule trays, with high speed and high working efficiency, 40,000 capsules per hour.

In this model, the three stations of bladder broadcasting, filling and locking are independently set in parallel, adopting mechanical and electrical integration control, pneumatic joint control, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation device, which is convenient for the organic connection of each station process and improves the filling speed.

8. Equipped with Siemens programmable control (PLC) device, touch screen operation, while convenient to use, it extends the life of the whole body.

9. By controlling the cutting speed and the running speed of the mold to control the loading, the filling amount is accurate, and the error is kept within 3%. Automatic filling effectively prevents drug contamination and meets GMP requirements.

10. Equipped with vacuum pump, low noise and no pollution.

11. Siemens PLC is independently suspended and can swing left and right to facilitate customers' multi-angle operation.
